Hours of Operation
Niagara Cave is open weekends in April, May 1 through October 29 seven days a week. Gift shop and mini golf hours are open the same as Cave tour hours.
Reservations are recommended for cave tours due to limited availability.

Cancellation or Reservation change policy.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit (minus a $10 cancellation processing fee per reservation) if cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to tour departure time.
No refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure time.
To reschedule the time or date of your reservation, please call at least 24 hours prior to scheduled tour time (a $10 rescheduling/processing fee will apply).
To reschedule your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled tour time, a rescheduling processing fee of 50% of your original reservation payment will apply.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of management’s cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Contact us by phone to cancel or reschedule. You will be considered a “No-Show” if you have not checked in by tour time. No-Shows will be charged the full price. Late arrivals are not guaranteed a tour and are not entitled to a refund.
